“Choosing The Grayson for our wedding reception was the best decision we made. We wanted a non-traditional, cocktail soirée style celebration rather than a formal sit-down dinner, and The Grayson could not have been a more perfect fit. The venue flows beautifully for mingling, live music, and dancing, while still offering an intimate and stylish atmosphere.

Rachel, the wedding coordinator, deserves huge credit for how special our day was. She went above and beyond every step of the way…from organising tastings (even though our wedding wasn’t the traditional format), to hosting a wedding showcase so we could see the venue dressed and sample food and drinks, to helping us with suppliers and décor decisions. She genuinely thought of everything. On the day itself, Rachel’s calm professionalism meant everything ran seamlessly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Our guests are still telling us how amazing the food, service, and atmosphere were. We are so grateful to Rachel and the entire team at The Grayson for giving us the most memorable and joy-filled wedding day.”

"Saturday was absolutely phenomenal. It was honestly just perfect. We had the best day. The team; Olga, Lulian, Fred & the bar tenders/general staff, were outstanding. They were there to help us the day before setting up and continued to be so attentive throughout our wedding day. Lulian did a fantastic job at dressing the cheese cake. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it, just spectacular! It came across so clear that all of the team really enjoy what they do. Please extend our deepest thanks to them for making our day so special.

The food was amazing, which we both already know about the Grayson, but our guests were blown away by the standard. The late night finger food exceeded our expectations! We weren’t sure what to expect, it was just fantastic. Thank you to the kitchen team.

You made the whole wedding planning process so special – no request was ever too big or too small, and your communication throughout was incredible.

The menu tasting was such a brilliant experience and really helped us to choose our food, which all of our guests later raved about! We also loved being able to add our own signature cocktails, which made the day feel even more personal. And the quiet moment you organized for us to have a drink and some canapés together before joining our guests was exactly what we needed – it’s something we’ll always remember.
